Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging graphic materials for print and digital platforms, including brochures, website content, social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Manage and facilitate video production tasks, including shooting and editing.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and develop marketing strategies and ensure final designs align with brand identity.
- Assist in market research to track trends, brand awareness, and competitor activities from a design perspective.
- Ensure all visual content is consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Help organize and support advertising campaigns, including social media, TV, events, and product launches, while maintaining alignment with marketing objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with media vendors and publishers for promotional activities and campaigns.
- Contribute to building a positive community culture by encouraging collaboration and sharing resources.
- Assist with other marketing duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Participate in brainstorming and developing creative marketing plans and strategies.
- Promote and ensure understanding of marketing plans across the company.
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in online/digital marketing, working directly with clients and stakeholders.
Strong in ideation, conceptualization, originality, and visually driven design. - Passionate about design and creating compelling visual storytelling via digital media for target audiences.
- Solid experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma, etc.
- Keen understanding of the buyer’s journey and user experience.
- Knowledge of online/digital marketing tactics and strategies is an added advantage.
- Resourceful and able to work independently or within a team in a corporate environment.
- Strong initiative to grow, innovate, and elevate the quality of work while pushing boundaries.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive for excellence.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Malay; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
