- Must possess a BO Chargeman Certificate/qualification issued by the Energy Commission (EC) of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia).
- The successful candidate needs to register their BO Chargeman Certificate for the assigned mall/property with the EC.
- Minimum 5 years holding a BO Chargeman Certificate.
- Minimum 10 years of M&E working experience.
- Lead a group of Maintenance Technicians to carry out periodic and routine preventive and corrective repairs and maintenance of M&E facilities in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor and coordinate with visiting consultants and contractors for the facilities at the property/complex/mall.
- Perform other assignments as deemed necessary by Management.
- A hands-on individual with a detail-oriented and careful personality.
